Who is Andy Burnham?

For many (many!) people, that's exactly the question.

This satirical song considers the very likely idea (fact?) that Andy Burnham will become Britain's next Prime Minister, despite much of the country knowing very little about him. It asks whether he'd bring genuine change... or simply become "Keir Starmer in a different skin?"
