By accessing, browsing or making a purchase through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing digital products from this website, you understand and expressly agree that your purchase will be delivered immediately via a download link sent to the email address you provide during checkout. You also understand and agree that, by requesting immediate access to your digital purchase, you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel once the download has been made available, except where your statutory consumer rights provide otherwise.

Digital products

Unless otherwise stated, all products sold through this website are digital downloads.

After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email containing a secure download link for your purchase.

Please ensure that the email address you provide during checkout is correct. If you do not receive your download email within a reasonable time, please check your spam or junk folder before getting in touch.

Pricing and support

Music downloads start from £1.29.

Many of my songs are available with a choice of optional support levels. Every version contains exactly the same song. Choosing a higher-priced option is simply a way of helping to support my work if you are able to do so.

There is absolutely no obligation to choose anything other than the standard purchase price, and I am genuinely grateful for every purchase, whatever amount you choose.

Refunds and cancellations

Because my products are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase, I am unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, purchased the wrong item or no longer wish to use the product.

Please read each product description carefully before completing your purchase.

If you experience any difficulty accessing your download, receive a corrupted file or believe there has been a technical issue with your purchase, please contact me. I will do everything reasonably possible to resolve the problem promptly, including providing a replacement download where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Personal licence

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the purchased product for your own personal use.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, upload, share, sublicense or otherwise make the product available to any other person without my prior written permission.

I'm a Christian songwriter, but I don't believe Christians should be quiet about what's going on in our country (the UK) or the wider world. I don't believe faith and politics should be kept separate. Rather, I believe our faith should guide our politics.

That's one reason I feel compelled to write songs not just about my faith and my own life experience through that lens, but also about the political and cultural issues I see around us.

On this website, I've divided my music into two categories: Christian and Satire. Every purchase helps support my work, whether that's writing songs or speaking out on YouTube, both to camera and through music.

I've also added a range of support options to each song. If you're in a position to support my work at a higher level, thank you so much. It really does make a difference and helps me keep creating new music and videos. But please don't feel under any pressure to do so. I'm genuinely grateful that you're here, and I'm just as thankful for every song purchased, whatever the price.

Full disclosure: while I write all of my songs, I also use AI as part of the production process. Sometimes it helps polish my own vocals (a bit like Auto-Tune), and sometimes it provides the finished vocal altogether.

For my Christian songs, because they're 100% my story, I always use my own voice. For my satirical songs, I usually use AI-generated vocals instead, mainly because it allows me to respond much more quickly to current events and trending news.
